I’ve been in fitness and fashion ads. I’ve been on the cover of a fitness magazine. I burned myself out to get there, and it cost me more than I expected.

For years, I pushed hard in high-performance environments, relying on caffeine and stimulants to sustain the pace. From the outside, the results looked great.

But over time, that approach led to health challenges that forced me to stop and rebuild from scratch.

I had to go back to the basics. Walking. Simple movement. Relearning how to train in a way my body could actually support.

That experience is the foundation of everything at Unicorn Fitness.

I don’t coach people to grind harder. I coach people to build smarter in a way they can sustain long term.

When strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship to fitness and your body are developed over time, you get results that can’t be messed with.

You work directly with me to build strength, improve body composition, and develop ways of training you will maintain. This isn’t just programming. It’s coaching. I am a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, certified bodybuilding and physique coach, with a background of 19 years of transformational and performance coaching. That combination allows us to work on both: what you do, and how you approach it. So the results last.

Weeks 1-6

We build the foundation and find the right place to start for you and your life.

You learn how to eat. You learn new movement patterns. You learn how to structure your life to include your health. You start breaking old habits that don’t serve you.

What matters to me is what changes when you shift your relationship to your body and your fitness.

It’s confidence. It’s pride. It’s being who you actually want to be in your life.

I’ve spent years working with people in transformational environments, and I bring that into my fitness coaching.
